Will Clarke is the 2008 British National Champion, former World U23 Champion and a Great British prospect for London 2012.
A talented 800/1500 and X-Country runner, Will was accepted onto the Triathlon World Class Development Programme at 15 years of age. He progressed well finishing his junior year as Junior European runner up and Junior World bronze medallist.
Will made the move up to Olympic distance with immediate success. Runner up at the National Champs, third place at the Salford ITU World Cup and World and European U23 titles. Qualification for Beijing was earned with 5th place at 2007 World Champs and 6th place at Madrid ITU World Cup in 2008.
