Aaron Cook retains National Taekwondo title

One of PSG’s young contenders for Gold at the London 2012 Olympics, Aaron Cook, was in impressive form at the BTCB National Taekwondo Championships in Manchester on 30th January. Aaron retained his National title for the 4th year running with an outstanding performance proving once again he’s the best in Britain.
He commented “I’ve got the US Open in 2 weeks so I’ll take some confidence from this, I feel good, I’m in great shape, so it’s a good start to the year”.
Aaron now faces a series of Opens in the lead up to the main event of 2010, the European Championships in Sweden at the end of April.
